Prevention and Treatment
Patients should avoid ASA and other analgesics that inhibit COX.
NSAIDS that cross react with ASA in respiratory and cutaneous reactions:
- piroxicam mefenamic acid flurbiprofen
- ketoprofen meclofenemate diclofenac
- ketorolac etodolac nabutemone
- indomethacin oxaprozin sulindac
- tolmetin zomepirac ibuprofen
- naproxen naproxen sodium fenoprofen
- diflunisal
